For Casey’s birthday (which was July 17) he was at Youth Conference being the wonderful Young Men’s leader that he is! Stella and I decided to go to Youth Conference for dinner to surprise him! He was totally surprised! Yay! Many of the leaders ate in a separate room than the kids, and some of the women from our ward were in charge of din, so they totally brought a whole bunch of cupcakes to celebrate Casey’s birthday! Wasn’t that so sweet? The next day was when we celebrated his birthday as a family. When he got home he opened presents from Stella, some family friends, and me. He had already opened his gift from his parents, and cards family had sent. His gift from his sister and her family came the following week. Then we ate cake. Some of our closest friends brought him a super yummy cookie cake! We then headed out to Five Guys for dinner, and to Music in the Woods. After that we went to eat at Rita’s Italian Ice and headed home. Thank you to all who had contributed to Casey's special day. We had a WONDERFUL day celebrating Mr. Wonderful!

Well what a bad friend I am. Happy Birthday Casey!! Sounds like you have a wonderful wife, daughter, and friends that made the day very special!! Miss you guys, hopefully one day we will get to see each other again!
Happy Birthday Casey, old man! Sounds like it was nice even tho you had to spend part of it at youth conference. It was so good to see everyone when you guys were home for July 4th...Stella is just a sweetie!
