Our pals, Jon and Linnéa, invited us over to celebrate Linnéa's dad’s birthday. Her parents were here for three weeks from Sweden. They’re really cool. I wish I knew how to speak Swedish, but we could still communicate pretty well. We ate some cake; Swedish style. It was very good! I know it’s difficult for her to be so far from her parents. I understand because I only spent a tiny bit of time with them, and I missed them, too when they left. They left last Friday so Linnéa and her baby girl went grocery shopping with us all day to keep her mind off being sad. Here are some pics from the birthday party.
