Stella at 11 Months

(Sorry for my really annoying voice in the video!)

I am soo behind on my blog! I first wanted to thanks my friend, Carrie, for taking the family pictures of us that you see. We asked her to just take one with our camera in her living room, but she would have none of that! She worked hard on them. She did fabulous, as usual. Thanks girlfriend!

Stella is 11 months now, but next week she will be one year old! I can not even believe it!! This is what she’s doing at 11 months:


~Is about 20 pounds.

~Is cruising like crazy.

~Has stood twice without holding on to anything.

~Loves necklaces.

~Loves to brush her hair.

~Crawls at lightning fast speed to the door when Daddy gets home.

~Points to almost everything and waves to almost everyone.

~Is into everything!

~Nursing and eating well still, but we start weaning next month. I’m having separation anxiety already about that.

~Learned how to pet the dogs instead of patting them, which was more like hitting them.

~Is on an anti-biotic for the first time. So sad! She has a bad cold and congestion.

~Goes up and down the stairs. She carries her baby with her most the time up and down them, too.

~Loves animals.

~Walks around the house with her walker!

~Sleeps through the night now.

~Loves phones. She puts them by her ear, and says, “O?” Like the end of the word, "Hello?"

~Enjoys music and dancing.

~Loves the dishwasher, a little too much.

~Loves to snuggle with her stuffed animals.

We are excited for her birthday next week, but more than that we are shocked that it will already be a year!
