Stella's Pictures with a Friend (?)

Stella helped a friend with a photography project, and I thought the pictures turned out well except the last one because they look a little more than friends. 

Pageant

Although Stella is homeschooled, she plays sports at the local high school. One night after a basketball game, a teacher asked if Stella wanted to be in the high school pageant (which are big where we live.) Stella said "Sure!" She had a lot of fun and we were shocked that she won "Miss Congeniality!" 

Casual Look

Braces

Grady got his braces on this past Tuesday. Neither Casey nor I had braces, so this is all new to us. I have been really impressed with how well he's been taking care of them so far. He actually looks really good in them! Hopefully he'll be able to get them off in two years.

Snow 2025

We almost always get one snow a year, but we didn't last year so the anticipation for possible snow was over.the.top. It was beautiful and the kids had so much fun playing in it...then they were done.

Country Living

We love living in the country. It's what Casey and I always dreamed of. We're so grateful for our home that God has blessed us with. Someone came over one time and said "This is God's country." I know, right?!

22nd Anniversary

Casey and I just celebrated our 22nd anniversary! We went to the Melting Pot in Greenville. It was wonderful! I told Casey that I wish I could have been married to him my whole life. As of last year, I have been married longer than I was single! He's my best friend, and I love him more everyday. As Elder Jeffrey R. Holland said "Love is what you go through together." We have been through some tough times, but the good times are definitely what stand out and we have had SOO much more good than bad. I thank God for my good and faithful (also VERY handsome) Casey.
